The withdrawal process for VCOIN requires both your account and your VCOIN becoming eligible for withdrawal.
For your IMVU account to become eligible for withdrawal, it will need to have:
For your VCOIN to be eligible for withdrawal, it will need to be in your VCOIN wallet for 30 days.
Once both your account and your VCOIN meet these requirements, it will be ready for withdrawal.
The minimum amount to withdraw is 1250 VCOIN. Upon requesting a withdrawal, there is a 3-5 day processing period, in which our team reviews your request. Once you request has been approved, you will receive a notification that informs you your VCOIN is now in your Uphold Account. From there, you will be able to convert your VCOIN to cash.

To withdraw VCOIN, please make sure that you have met all requirements to withdraw. To view the requirements, please click here.
STEP 1. Once you have met the requirements, log onto IMVU Desktop or IMVU Next and click on your VCOIN Wallet.
STEP 2. Click Withdraw and you will see your balance available to withdraw. This is all the VCOIN that has been in your wallet for 30 days or more.
STEP 3. Enter the amount of VCOIN that you would like to withdraw into your Uphold Account and click Withdraw.
You will receive a pop-up which indicates that your withdrawal request is now processing. Current processing time is 3-5 business days, barring US holidays or further review.
Once your VCOIN request has been processed, it will appear in your Uphold Account, ready to be cashed out to your preferred currency.
Yes, you may withdraw a portion of your VCOIN total to your Uphold Account. Once your VCOIN has been in your VCOIN Wallet for 30 days, you may submit a withdrawal request, with a minimum request amount of 1250 VCOIN.
Please note, we cannot change the request amount after it has been submitted. If you would like to change the amount, please submit a help ticket as soon as possible to cancel your current request and our team will attempt to reverse the request.
There is a 30-day holding period to protect your account from any type of fraud. In the case of fraudulent activity, our team will step in to protect your account to ensure you are not withdrawing any VCOIN that is not sent or received in good standing.
Your “Balance Eligible to Withdraw” reflects your VCOIN balance on IMVU that is currently available to withdraw. Once recently purchased or gifted VCOIN has been held in your wallet for 30 days, it will be eligible to withdraw on Uphold for cash or other currencies.
Your “Pending Request” amount reflects VCOIN that has been previously requested for withdrawal and is now processing through IMVU to your Uphold Account.
